Located in the Languedoc and evoking the sunny charm of southern France, the Le Bois des Dames cuvée from Domaine Château Etang des Colombes is an Corbières Appelation red wine.

It is ready to drink! However, you can also store it for up to a ten years!

This wine is a blend of Carignan, Syrah, and Grenache.
Aging: 10 months in oak barrels.

Dress: dark rubis
Nose: The nose is intense and complex! Very pleasant, with notes of ripe red and black fruits and a hint of vanilla.
Palate: Full-bodied and robust, with notes of cherry, prune, and a hint of spice (pepper) and mint after aeration.

Château Etang des Colombes has been a family-run business for four generations. There was a time when winegrowers in this region would systematically bring their grapes to cooperatives. Château Etang des Colombes was one of the first, in the late 1970s, to bottle its wine under its own name!
